You can access your room from 3:00 p.m.. If you arrive earlier, we’ll be happy to store your luggage in our free luggage storage while you start exploring Valencia. - Check-out
On the day of your departure, your room will be available until 11:30 a.m.. If you’d like to spend a bit more time in the city, ask about our luggage storage service to keep your bags safe.
We know it’s sometimes hard to say goodbye, which is why at Turia Hotels Valencia we offer the option of a late check-out so you can extend your stay and make the most of your time in the city.

How to adjust the temperature?
- Use the speed dial to select the air intensity:

- To turn off the system, simply set the dial to OFF.
Important
The climate control system will not operate if the balcony door is open.

By law, the temperatures are set as follows:

How to access the car park?

Entry:
Access the car park from Carrer del Professor Beltrán Báguena. Upon arrival, you’ll find a buzzer to the left of the door, just before the security barrier. Press the buzzer and provide your reservation name so our team can open the gate for you. -
Exit:
When you wish to leave, locate the buzzer on the left column before ascending the car park exit ramp.
The hotel is not responsible for items left inside vehicles, in accordance with Law 40/2002, of 14 November, regulating vehicle parking contracts.

How does it work?
- Fill out the laundry form found in your room, specifying the items you would like washed or ironed.
- The form includes the detailed price for each item for your convenience.
- Place your clothes in the provided bag and leave it in your room along with the completed form.
Our team will collect your laundry during the daily room cleaning service.
This service carries an additional charge that will be added to your bill.

In case of emergency
- If you detect any incident or risk situation that may affect the hotel’s safety, immediately notify reception.
- In situations of serious emergency, call 112 directly.
Fire Safety
- The hotel is equipped with a fire detection and alarm system to provide maximum protection.
- Upon arrival, identify the nearest emergency exits and alarm activation points to your room.
- Evacuation instructions and fire procedures are available behind your room door and in the hallways.

- Drop to the ground and roll if your clothes catch fire.
- If there is heavy smoke, crawl low to the ground to avoid inhaling it.
- Close the door when leaving the room to prevent the spread of fire.
- Do not use the lift if the exits are blocked. Stay in the room and place wet towels over the door gaps.
Additional Safety Rules
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all hotel facilities, including rooms. A €200 penalty will apply if this rule is violated.
- The use of candles or similar items is not allowed in the rooms.
