• €22/day per space (VAT included) if you booked your room through our website and selected the parking option.

Important: We have a limited number of spaces, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

How to access the car park?

1. Entry
   Access the car park via Calle María Luisa de Dios. Upon arrival, press the buzzer and mention your reservation name so our team can open the gate for you.

2. Exit
   When you’re ready to leave, you’ll find a buzzer on the last column to the left, just before the garage door. Press it, and the door will open automatically.

Important Notice:
The hotel management is not responsible for any items left inside vehicles, in accordance with Law 40/2002, of 14 November, regulating vehicle parking contracts.

When can you use this service?

• Before check-in: If you arrive early and your room isn’t ready yet, leave your luggage with us and start exploring the city hands-free.
• After check-out: Is your train or flight later in the day? Leave your bags at reception and enjoy your final hours in Granada with complete ease.

This service is completely free for all our guests.

How to request the service?

1. Fill out the laundry form you’ll find in your room, specifying the items you’d like washed or ironed.
2. The form includes the detailed price for each item.
3. Place your clothes in the provided bag and leave it in your room along with the form.

Our team will collect your laundry when cleaning your room during the daily housekeeping service.

This service incurs an additional charge that will be added to your final bill.

In Case of Emergency

• If you notice any anomalies or dangerous situations that could compromise the hotel’s safety, please contact reception immediately.
• For serious emergencies, you can call the emergency number directly: 112.

Fire Prevention and Response

• The hotel is equipped with a modern fire detection and alarm system to ensure a quick and effective response if needed.
• Upon arrival, we recommend identifying the nearest emergency exits to your room and the alarm devices available on each floor.
• Detailed evacuation instructions are located behind your room door and in the corridors near the lifts.

If a Fire Occurs

1. If your clothes catch fire, drop to the floor and roll to extinguish the flames.
2. If there is heavy smoke, stay low to the ground to avoid inhaling toxic fumes.
3. Close your room door securely when leaving to prevent the spread of fire.
4. If exits are blocked, do not use the lift. Remain in your room, seal the door gaps with wet towels, and wait for instructions from emergency services.

Essential Safety Rules

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel, including the rooms. Failure to comply will result in a €200 fine.
• The use of candles, incense, or other flammable items is not permitted in the rooms.
• Unplug all electrical devices when not in use and inform reception if you notice any issues.
